​Anne earned her Master's Degree from Washington State University and has been practicing for over 28 years.   She has provided speech therapy services across the continuum from inpatient acute care to home health services.   The majority of her professional career was at a Level I Trauma facility in Boise in the assessment and treatment of patients at the acute, inpatient acute rehabilitation as well as transitional rehabilitation (subacute) level.  She was instrumental in the development of the Speech Therapy Department in defining the SLP scope of practice, enhance service delivery, maintain and exceed productivity expectations.  As the Supervisor, she was also responsible for achieving CARF, JCAHO and CMS standards and regulations relevant to the SLP role.  She has extensive experience with the assessment and treatment of swallowing disorders which includes completion of numerous Modified Barium Swallow studies with inpatients and outpatients of the Treasure Valley.  As a continuous learner with a profound professional dedication, she has received eleven ASHA ACE awards for continuing education.
